PRIMARY was founded in 2015 by Christina Carbonell and Galyn Bernard (formerly of Diapers.com) with the mission of making every kid feel seen and valued. Offering bold and lively colorways and patterns free of logos, slogans and nonsense, Primary doesn’t prescribe specific styles or colors for girls and boys. Leveraging their platform to normalize and build acceptance of all the ways to be a kid, Primary stands up for all kids, including those who may be overlooked and not always accepted for who they are.

In our years together, JBC has positioned Primary as a cult-favorite children’s clothing brand, securing thoughtful narratives on the brand’s core values, which center around empowering every child to be their truest, most authentic selves.
