For over 18 years, Jennifer has led the communications strategy for category-defining consumer brands. A graduate of Wesleyan University, she began her career as an editor at Harper's Bazaar and Marie Claire before launching JBC in January 2014 to serve a market-defining roster across beauty, fashion, food, wellness, and lifestyle.

A publicist and strategic thinker with nearly 15 years of industry experience, Melissa joined JBC in July 2014 as the agency's Partner. Her bylines and thought leadership have appeared in Glossy, AdWeek, and PR News; PRSA named her to its inaugural Rising Leaders class in 2017.
